Terms of Service

Qanform lets you design forms, publish them, collect submissions, and optionally deliver answers to Google Sheets or Notion. Features may change as we build the product. Paid subscription plans (such as Starter and Pro) are sold through Paddle as merchant of record; Free plan features remain available without payment.

You must provide an accurate email and keep your credentials confidential. You must verify your email to use the dashboard. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at support@qanform.com if you believe the account is compromised.

You retain rights to the forms, copy, files, and submissions you collect. You grant Qanform a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service you requested (including backups and delivery to integrations you connect).

If you collect personal data from respondents, you are the controller of that data. You must provide any notices and obtain any consents the law requires. Qanform processes that data to provide the product to you.

Do not use Qanform to break the law, spam, phish, malware, harassment, or to collect data you are not allowed to collect. Do not probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.

Google and Notion are optional. Their terms apply in addition to these Terms. You must only connect accounts you are allowed to use. We are not responsible for those platforms’ downtime or policy changes. Disconnect an integration at any time in the product.

Paid plans are billed by Paddle.com Market Ltd and related Paddle entities as merchant of record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Billing frequency, taxes, invoices, cancellations through the customer portal, and payment method updates are handled through Paddle. We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may modify or discontinue features. We will try not to destroy your stored submissions without cause; take your own exports if you need an independent copy.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qanform disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qanform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss, arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of zero (while you have not paid for the service) or the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using Qanform at any time and request account deletion at support@qanform.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that present a security or legal risk, including for non-payment or fraud risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place from which Qanform operates the service, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country says otherwise.
