We think forms should be designed, not tolerated.

Qanform exists because collecting information shouldn't mean compromising on the experience.

Why it exists

Most form tools force predefined visual patterns. Qanform is built on the opposite idea: give people the building blocks and let them create the experience.

Our principles

  1. Control matters.

Every visual detail should be yours to set — not a theme you hope will be close enough.

  2. Good defaults should not become limits.

Start fast, then override anything. Defaults are a beginning, not a ceiling.

  3. Data should move freely.

Submissions live in your workspace first. Integrations are copies. Export whenever you want.

  4. Interfaces should feel intentional.

The form is part of the experience, not an interruption to it.

  5. Complexity should stay out of the way.

Power is available when you need it. It should not greet every new form.

What we are building

Qanform is becoming a system for designing, collecting, organizing, and moving structured information.

How the Google integration works

If you connect Google Sheets, Qanform asks only for permission to create and update the spreadsheets you pick. New submissions are appended as rows in the background. Your tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown to anyone — and disconnecting the integration stops all access immediately.
