Build a form that looks like the thing it is for.

A visual canvas — not a theme picker. Place fields, style them, publish a URL, and keep every answer in a table. New rows can go to Google Sheets or Notion without delaying the thank-you page.

Name and email. We write back the same day.

The real builder, looping: drag Email from Elements, then open Style → Field and change fill and radius.

Three forms. Same builder. Nothing in common.

New published Qanform forms — every block type, styled in the canvas. Open one. Submit if you like; it lands in the demo workspace.

Cobalt Atelier

A split waitlist: photo left, fields right. Sharp corners, cobalt fill, Space Grotesk. Every input, choice, layout, and submit block.

Soot & Citrus

Full-bleed supper club. Charcoal paper, burnt-orange pill button, Merriweather. Same blocks, a different night.

Glasshouse

A plant workshop on rounded sage cards. Two columns, Nunito, a photo header. Proof the Style tab is not one look.

What you can actually do

Everything below ships today. If it is not on this list, it is not pretend-live.

  • A real canvas

Blocks for short text, long text, email, number, phone, date, file upload, dropdown, multi dropdown, checkbox list, radio, checkbox, heading, paragraph, divider, image, container, and submit.

  • Style per block, per device

Type, color, radius, spacing, icons. Light and dark are two designs, not an invert filter.

  • Conditions that run twice

Nested and/or groups can show, hide, require, or unrequire fields — in the browser and again on the server.

  • Validation you can trust

Required, email, phone, min/max, length, pattern, file count and size. The public form and the API use the same rules.

  • English, Arabic, French

App chrome and form copy both switch. Arabic is a true RTL layout.

  • Publish a URL

Share /f/your-form. Visitors see the published design only — never the builder, never other people’s answers.

  • A submissions table

Search, paginate, open a row, delete. File uploads stay private to the workspace.

  • CSV export

Download answers as a spreadsheet-safe CSV whenever you need a copy outside Qanform.

Where answers go next

A submission is stored first. Delivery happens in the background, so the person filling the form is never waiting on Google or Notion.

Ships today

  • Google Sheets

OAuth, pick a spreadsheet and tab, map each field, test the connection. New rows arrive after submit.

  • Notion

Connect a Notion account, pick a database, map fields to typed properties. Email stays email; phone stays phone.

On the roadmap — not built yet

  • AirtableBases and typed fields, the same mapping idea as Notion.
  • ZapierWhen a form is submitted, start a Zap — Shopify, WooCommerce, and the rest of that catalog.
  • MakeThe same event, a different automation host.
  • SlackA channel ping when a row lands.
  • DiscordA webhook into a server, without putting Qanform in the middle of chat.
  • WebhooksPOST the submission to a URL you own, with an allowlist so it cannot become SSRF.
  • Custom domainsforms.yourbrand.com instead of /f/slug — not in this version.
  • PaymentsCollect a fee with a form. Billing for Qanform itself is also later.
  • Email on submitNotify you, or the respondent, without a third-party zap.

From canvas to spreadsheet

The public submit request never waits on an integration. Qanform writes the row, then hands it off.

  1. 1

    Design the form

Drag blocks, set light and dark styles, add validation and conditions, translate copy.

  2. 2

    Publish a URL

Share /f/your-form. Autosave keeps the draft; publish is the moment visitors see it.

  3. 3

    Read every answer

The table is the source of truth. Search it, open a row, export CSV.

  4. 4

    Send them onward

Map fields to Sheets or Notion. Future tools subscribe to the same SubmissionCreated event.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes, for now. Register and create a workspace. Billing is not part of this product yet.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The dashboard, builder, and public forms support English, Arabic (RTL), and French.

Where do answers go?

Into your workspace submissions table. You can export CSV, and optionally sync new rows to Google Sheets or Notion.

Can I send answers to Google Sheets or Notion?

Yes. Connect the account, pick the destination, and map fields. Delivery happens after submit, in the background.

Zapier, Airtable, custom domains, Stripe?

Not yet. They are listed on this page so the roadmap is honest. The architecture leaves a place for them; they are not in this version.

Are the three forms real?

Yes. Cobalt Atelier, Soot & Citrus, and Glasshouse are published demo forms from the builder schema. Each uses every block type with a different layout, palette, type, and image. Open the link and fill one.
